Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations in Colva, Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end real estate sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct site visits and explain project details to potential clients.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Stay updated with local market trends, competitor offerings, and property values.
Ensure proper documentation, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales (Goa market experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality with a client-centric approach.
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
