Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Sales & Negotiation
Present and explain project details, layouts, pricing, and payment plans.
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers.
Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams for updated inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Maintain accurate sales records, lead trackers, and client databases.
Provide daily and weekly reports to management on inquiries, visits, and closures.
Market Awareness & Promotion
Stay updated with current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Participate in property expos and promotional events when required.
Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
Customer Service
Assist clients through the booking and documentation process.
Provide after-sales support to ensure a smooth handover experience.
Resolve client queries promptly and maintain long-term relationships.
