Job Summary



We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead sales activities, engage with investors, and help drive business growth. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and evaluate new investor opportunities and potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

Prepare and present sales proposals, forecasts, and performance reports.

Collaborate with senior management to execute sales and funding strategies.

Assess risks and potential returns of investment opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile



Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or related fields.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.

Strong knowledge of sales strategies and customer relationship management.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
