Outbound calling

- Outbound Sales Executive (Real Estate Campaign)

Position: Sales Representative

Captive Unit

Location: Work from office (Delhi)

Shift Timing: 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls related to the assigned campaign. Real Estate experience in international market. Source new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calls, and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements through discovery calls. Upsell additional products wherever possible. Nurture existing leads in the pipeline and reconnect with past clients from the database. Meet individual performance targets and contribute to meeting team goals. Achieve key KPIs including contact volumes, lead generation, growth, and client satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience. Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent phone manners, convincing skills, verbal communication, and active listening skills. Customer-focused, adaptable, and confident in handling various client personalities. Team player with effective time management skills. Intermediate computer proficiency. Prior experience in international BPO, cold calling, sales, or real estate is highly regarded. Basic knowledge of PDF editors or Canva/photo editing tools for creating sales banners is advantageous. Enthusiastic and motivated individuals who add value to a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
