Manage and update leads in the CRM system.
Track customer interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, agreements, and documents.
Customer & Landowner Coordination
Serve as a key point of contact for customers during the sales journey.
Coordinate with landowners for property-related discussions, documentation, and agreements.
Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Operations & Documentation
Handle booking forms, payment receipts, and agreements.
Maintain records of transactions, bookings, and outstanding payments.
Ensure timely processing of sales documentation, allotment letters, and agreements.
Financial Handling
Collect booking amounts, manage cash/cheque/online payments.
Record and reconcile daily transactions with accounts/finance team.
Ensure transparency and compliance in financial dealings.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily/weekly sales and operations reports.
Support sales team with back-end operations, MIS, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between sales, legal, and finance teams for smooth workflow.
