Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for property sales, a deep understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market, and proven experience in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, conducting site visits, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations. Provide market insights and investment advice to clients. Maintain updated knowledge of current market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements & Skills:



Minimum 1 year of proven experience in real estate sales. Strong knowledge of Gurgaon's real estate projects, locations, and trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
