Role Overview
The Sales Head/Sales Manager will oversee the entire sales function, drive revenue growth, develop sales strategies, manage the sales team, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for all projects.
Forecast sales projections, track performance, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments to increase revenue.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives.
Conduct regular training sessions for product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer handling.
Assign targets and monitor overall team performance.
Client Management & Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, brokers, channel partners, and investors.
Handle key client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
Ensure high-quality customer experience from first contact to final sale.
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with marketing, site teams, finance, and operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Oversee CRM updates, lead tracking, documentation, and compliance.
Present weekly/monthly sales performance to senior management.
Project Knowledge & Market Analysis
Maintain complete understanding of all project details, pricing, inventory, and legal documentation.
Study market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Suggest improvements in product offerings or sales approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5-12 years of real estate sales experience
(Managerial experience required).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client-handling ability.
Knowledge of CRM systems, channel partner networks, and market trends.
