Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Sales Head (Real Estate)

to lead our sales team in Kochi. The candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, client acquisition, and property sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets in residential & commercial real estate projects. Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners. Design and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Coordinate with marketing teams to generate qualified leads. Handle negotiations and close high-value property deals.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business Management. 6+ years of proven experience in real estate sales. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent networking, communication, and closing abilities. Deep understanding of Kochi's real estate market.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
