Job Description


The candidate will be leading the overall sales for the Real Estate company. The role requires the candidate to be setting up direct and indirect sales channels while building a high performance team to scale the sales operations in multiple micro markets in next 12 months.

Key Requirements:

-Proven experience of revenue generation, handling P&L, customer acquisition - both online & offline

- Specializes in building business from scratch that involves lead generation, hiring, creating systems and processes, incentive structures, partner onboarding, channel set up etc.

- An Entrepreneurial mindset

- Have a burning desire of creating wealth in long term
