Desired Experience: 1-5 years in Real Estate Sales We are on look out for Sales Manager for a real estate firm who are into luxury and ultra-luxury Apartments, plots, villas etc. Roles and Responsibilities : - Should be able to sell property of ticket size INR two crore onwards; - The basic and the most important step is to identify the need and want of the customers and effectively analysis the Problem of the client; - To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer\'s needs and requirements; - To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers; - To generate the Site visit report daily for professional follow up with Clients to make the booking; - Following up with potential clients for site visit or closer; - Maintain all client information up-to-date with proper follow-ups and coordinate with clients throughout the booking process.
