Duties

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing comprehensive advice and support Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings Prepare and review necessary documentation such as contracts, agreements, and disclosures Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local property market trends and regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings effectively Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, and handling enquiries

Skills

Proven administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and negotiate effectively with diverse clients Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base and facilitate international transactions Exceptional organisational skills to coordinate appointments, manage documentation, and ensure smooth transaction processes Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
