We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property visits, and closing sales for our premium residential and plotted development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries, and referrals.
Conduct site visits with potential clients and provide property consultations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business.
Present and explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotional activities.
Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professional service and post-sales follow-up.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
Proven experience (1-3 years) in real estate sales or a similar field preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good knowledge of Dehradun's real estate market will be an added advantage.
