We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience. The role involves generating leads, conducting client meetings, managing site visits, and closing sales to achieve company targets.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media.
Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, client records, and follow-ups.
Stay updated with current real estate market trends, project knowledge, and competitor analysis.
Ensure availability of updated project brochures, price lists, and other sales materials.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.
Address client queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market preferred.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and use of digital platforms for lead generation.
Bachelor's degree/diploma in any field.
