Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive
with proven real estate experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal property. You will be responsible for lead generation, client management, and closing sales for residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through networking, referrals, site visits, digital platforms, and cold calling
Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences
Present and promote residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers
Coordinate and conduct site visits, property tours, and open houses
Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to nurture client relationships
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and company revenue targets are met
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for lead support and post-sale coordination
Prepare necessary documentation (e.g., agreements, proposals) and ensure legal compliance.
