Engage with potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Provide clients with information about available properties, pricing, and market trends.
Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients.
Negotiate deals and assist in closing property transactions.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with developers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in real estate sales (Western Mumbai market experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good Knowledge of real estate
