Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management

: Generate leads, build client databases, understand needs, and nurture relationships.

Property Marketing

: List properties, conduct open houses, arrange viewings, and develop promotional materials.

Sales & Negotiation

: Present offers, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.

Market Expertise

: Stay updated on local market trends, property values, laws, and regulations.

Transaction Coordination

: Collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth closings.

Reporting

: Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Experience

: Proven sales experience, ideally in real estate or a related field.

Education

: Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate) or relevant certification.

Licenses

: Valid real estate license as required.

Skills

: Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, CRM proficiency, market analysis, and self-motivation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
