Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling both commercial and residential projects and driving sales through direct clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end salesfor commercial and residential properties. Generate leads through direct clients as well as broker networks*.
Conduct site visits*, explain project details, and assist clients during property viewing.
Attend client meetings when required and maintain strong client relationships. Follow up with leads, understand client requirements, and close deals. Manage client inquiries, negotiations, and documentation process. Achieve monthly/ yearly sales targets set by the company. Maintain regular updates in CRM/records and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred). Experience in real estate sales (commercial/residential) preferred. Strong negotiation skills and client-handling ability. Ability to manage clients independently end-to-end. Willingness to travel for site visits and meetings. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
