Key Responsibilities:
Actively generate and follow up on leads through various sources.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and channel partners.
Conduct site visits and property presentations to prospective buyers.
Meet and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and closing skills.
Keep updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to strategize sales initiatives.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
0 - 1 year of experience in sales (real estate sales experience is a plus).
