Job Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for residential/commercial properties
Conduct site visits and explain property details to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals
Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
Maintain customer database and update sales reports regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
