Generate leads through site visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Present and market real estate projects to potential clients
Conduct property tours and site visits with customers
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close sales
Maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for documentation and closures
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred)
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer-focused with a professional attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
