Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented

Real Estate Sales Executive

to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and benefits Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet monthly targets Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients Update CRM records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and booking processes Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Graduation in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools Willingness to travel for site visits

Preferred Candidate Profile:



2-5 years of experience in real estate sales Existing client network (added advantage) Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
