Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, driving property sales, building client relationships, and representing the company with professionalism. You will play a key role in guiding clients through the entire sales process--from property presentations to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and manage leads through networking, site visits, referrals, digital channels, and cold calling.

Conduct property presentations, site tours, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties.

Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain an active sales pipeline.

Negotiate offers, prepare documentation, and assist clients through booking and closing formalities.

Maintain strong product knowledge of all current and upcoming real estate projects.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain CRM records and provide timely sales reports.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
