Job Overview
We are looking for a
Real Estate Sales Manager
who can lead, train, and drive a sales team to achieve strong results in residential and plotted property sales. The role demands leadership, accountability, and execution excellence -- ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, referrals, and channel partners.
Guide sales executives in client handling, site visits, and deal closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Drive revenue growth through marketing collaborations and sales strategies.
Monitor daily team performance, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
Candidate Requirements
3-5 years of experience in
real estate sales or team leadership.
Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of the Noida/NCR real estate market.
Self-driven, disciplined, and passionate about building high-performance teams.
