to join our real estate sales team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting potential clients in finding their ideal property.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce available real estate projects.
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with interested buyers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Maintain and update the client database regularly.
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing role (Real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in
English and Hindi
.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
