Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on incoming leads. Present and promote real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) to prospective buyers. Understand customer requirements and provide relevant property options. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the field sales team. Maintain a database of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM software. Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and payment plans. Build and maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Gather market intelligence and feedback from clients to support marketing strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop lead generation strategies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
