Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets through direct client interaction.
Generate new business via networking, calling, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
Conduct property site visits, open houses, and sales events.
Manage the complete sales cycle: engagement, negotiation, and closure.
Ensure client satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Requirements
Graduate (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience (real estate/NCR market experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation & convincing skills.
Strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Must have own two-wheeler/four-wheeler for client visits.
Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad & Gurugram.
Self-motivated, confident & target-oriented personality.
