We are looking for a dynamic Female Telecaller Sales Executive with 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our project(s), handling inquiries, and assisting in lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make calls to prospective clients to promote our villas and apartments in Goa.

- Handle inbound queries from leads generated through various marketing channels.

- Explain project details, features, and pricing clearly and confidently.

- Schedule site visits and follow up consistently until closure.

- Maintain client databases and update CRM tools regularly.

- Coordinate with the sales and site team for smooth client interaction and closure.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in real estate telesales.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are mandatory.

- Strong convincing skills with a pleasant personality.

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
