Identify and approach new customers through calls, emails, or field visits.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and new clients.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and close deals in a timely manner.
Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (minimum 1 year preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
