Job Responsibilities:



Client Engagement:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by understanding their needs and providing customized solutions.

Property Consultation:

Offer expert advice to clients on market trends, pricing, investment opportunities, and the best available properties.

Negotiation:

Facilitate property viewings and negotiations to close deals efficiently.

Lead Generation:

Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients through referrals, networking, and marketing initiatives.

Market Research:

Stay updated with real estate market trends, new developments, and pricing to provide clients with the most relevant information.

Documentation:

Guide clients through the process of paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation related to property transactions.

Customer Service:

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process, fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Experience:

Fresher Candidate are welcome in real estate sales, property consulting, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage clients.

Sales Skills:

Excellent negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.

Self-Motivated:

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.

Customer-Centric:

A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and helping clients make informed decisions.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable using real estate software and tools for property listings, CRM systems, and market research.
