Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Executive
to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and help customers find their dream properties. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market and a passion for closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Guide clients through property options, site tours, and purchase procedures.
Understand client needs and offer suitable project recommendations.
Maintain and grow a database of leads, clients, and prospective buyers.
Follow up with prospects and maintain customer relationships post-sale.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and customer servicing.
Stay up to date on market trends, competition, and project developments.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar sales roles (1-3 years preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and handle objections effectively.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings.
Education:
