Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle and nurture lead efficiently, ensuring high conversion rates.
Client Handling: Engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales pipeline.
Sales & Negotiation: Close deals effectively while maintaining professional relationships with clients.
Team Collaboration: Work independently and within a team to achieve sales targets.
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
Strong lead management and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus.
