Follow up with leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms Convert leads into site visits and turn visits into sales Assist customers with home loans by coordinating with bankers Prepare sales agreements and booking documents Manage payment collections and coordinate disbursements Provide regular sales reports to management Research competitors and market trends Maintain strong relationships with customers after sales Resolve customer concerns and ensure smooth communication Engage with channel partners and brokers to increase sales Understand customer needs to offer the best solutions Focus on delivering a great customer experience and building trust Share financial insights to help customers with investment decisions
