Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent communication skills in both Telugu and English, and a proven track record in customer relations.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 3 year of experience in real estate sales.
Languages:
Fluency in Telugu and comfort with English is essential.
Customer Relations:
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Skills:
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Education:
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients to generate sales for residential properties.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Provide detailed information about properties, including pricing, features, and benefits.
Conduct site visits for prospective buyers, showcasing the properties and highlighting key features.
Assist clients with the completion of necessary documentation for property purchase.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
