Key Responsibilities:
Make introductory calls to new leads and prospects shared by the back-office team.
Follow up with existing leads to schedule and coordinate site visits.
Attend to and assist walk-in customers and channel partners during their visits.
Follow up with visited leads to arrange price discussions with the Sales Head.
Maintain accurate records of leads and visit statuses in the CRM system.
Provide timely updates and stay in close coordination with the sales manager at the back office.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of prior sales experience
is mandatory.
Good understanding of
Hyderabad's real estate market
is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
.
Well-presented, energetic, and eager to learn.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn through performance.
Compensation:
Fixed Salary:
?25,000 - ?35,000 per month (based on experience)

Support:
Training and backend support provided by the sales coordination team
