Key Responsibilities:



Client Interaction:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' needs and preferences to offer suitable property options. Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, property prices, and investment opportunities.

Property Listings:

Market and advertise properties through various channels such as online listings, social media, print media, and property exhibitions. Take photos, write descriptions, and ensure listings are up to date and accurately reflect the property.

Property Showings:

Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential buyers or tenants. Highlight the features and benefits of the property during viewings and answer any client queries.

Negotiation:

Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers to negotiate terms and prices. Handle negotiations to ensure a fair deal for both parties, aiming to close transactions successfully.

Sales & Closing:

Guide clients through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal. Assist in preparing legal documentation, contracts, and agreements related to the sale or rental. Ensure all paperwork and transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Market Research:

Stay informed about local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activity. Advise clients on the best areas to buy or invest based on market conditions.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of all transactions, communications, and client information. Provide regular reports to management on sales progress and market conditions.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all client inquiries are handled professionally and promptly. Follow up with clients after a sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Skills & Qualifications:



Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively negotiate and communicate with clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Sales Skills:

Ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

Negotiation:

Strong negotiation skills to facilitate property sales at the best possible prices.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple listings and clients at once, while keeping accurate records.

Market Knowledge:

Education & Experience:



Education:
