JOB DESCRIPTION:



As a sales executive at Good Sign, you will play a pivotal role in the property selling process. by providing personalized service to customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences and identify suitable properties. Assist clients in viewing properties, and answering any questions they may have.

Vehicle Must.



Key Responsibilities:



Good communication skills & negotiation skills. Build and maintain good rapport with customers. Generate valuable leads. Collaborate with our internal team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional materials. Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitive analysis. During the site visit should explain inner and outer area measurements, amenities, features, and community advantages. Should prepare weekly & monthly reports to respective managers.

Qualifications:



Any Bachelor's Degree, Diploma (Pass/ Fail) Fresher- Experienced male candidates. Flexibility to adapt to the change project and customers requirements. Knowledge of industry best practices and project methodologies.

Chennai candidates are most welcome.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
