We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent specializing in apartment sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, conducting property visits, and closing deals. The role requires strong sales skills, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to buyers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities



Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.

Assist clients in selling, apartments.

Conduct property tours, explain features, and address client queries.

Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Maintain strong relationships with property developers, owners, and customers.

Stay updated with local real estate market trends, pricing, and new projects.

Prepare and manage necessary documentation for property transactions.

Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term trust.
