Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital channels Guide clients through the buying, selling, or leasing process professionally and efficiently Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections Maintain updated knowledge of available listings, market conditions, and real estate trends Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals Negotiate offers and close deals with confidence and professionalism Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidates only

(as per company policy for client handling) Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or client service (Real Estate background is an advantage) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Presentable, confident, and customer-focused personality Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM tools
