We are looking for a
dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a goal-oriented mindset. Candidates with a minimum of
6 months of experience
in real estate sales or related fields will be preferred. However,
MBA freshers with strong communication and interest in sales
are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, online platforms, and site visits.
Explain project features, pricing, and benefits to clients.
Schedule and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Follow up with prospects and close sales.
Coordinate with the sales and back-office team for documentation and support.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily progress.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of the real estate market (training will be provided)
Ability to handle client objections and negotiations
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (optional but preferred)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of experience in
real estate sales
