About the Role:



We are looking for a

dynamic and confident Sales Executive

who is passionate about real estate and comfortable working in front of the camera. The ideal candidate will handle property sales, engage with potential buyers, and create engaging on-site video content to showcase properties on digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Interact with walk-in clients and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales. Conduct property visits, explain project details, and build strong client relationships. Create

video walkthroughs, property presentations, and promotional videos

for marketing and social media. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through digital platforms. Maintain a strong understanding of current real estate trends, competitors, and local market conditions. Meet monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service.

Confident personality with good camera presence

and communication skills. Ability to speak clearly and present property details effectively on video. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for client meetings and property shoots. Basic knowledge of social media marketing is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
