Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team in Rajahmundry. The ideal candidate will have experience in property sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities:



Identify and approach potential property buyers and sellers. Manage property listings, including marketing and client coordination. Negotiate and close property deals effectively. Maintain relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business. Provide market insights and support clients throughout the buying/selling process.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. Certification in real estate or property management is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Knowledge of local real estate market trends. Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
