Key Responsibilities:
Handle property sales inquiries and convert leads into site visits
Assist customers during site visits and provide complete project information
Participate in outdoor marketing activities, events, and promotions
Follow up with clients and maintain strong customer relationships
Support digital marketing activities, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads
Assist with basic designing for marketing creatives (preferred)
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in real estate sales is preferred
Knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) will be an advantage
Basic designing skills (Canva or similar tools preferred)
Willingness to travel and participate in outdoor events and site visits
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach
