Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging clients, and closing real estate deals while coordinating with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and client support. The role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and an understanding of real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities



Generate and follow up on leads through calls, site visits, and client meetings Present real estate projects, consultancy services, and value propositions to clients Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property or solutions Coordinate with legal, technical, and approval teams for smooth deal execution Assist clients with documentation, agreements, and compliance processes Maintain CRM records, client follow-ups, and sales reports Build long-term relationships with developers, investors, and channel partners Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good negotiation and closing abilities Basic understanding of real estate laws, approvals, and documentation (preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional approach
