Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, online platforms, and referrals
Understand client needs and suggest appropriate residential or commercial property options
Organize and lead site visits and property tours for prospective buyers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Follow up with leads and close deals effectively
Stay informed about current real estate market trends and competitor offerings
Utilize CRM tools to manage inquiries, track site visits, and monitor conversions
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Confident in giving presentations and handling client queries
Self-motivated and result-driven
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum: 12th pass or Graduation
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales
Basic knowledge of property laws and the local real estate market is a plus
Additional Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler for site visits
Flexible with working hours, especially on weekends
Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
Proficient in Hindi and English
