ROLE SUMMARY


We are hiring a hands-on real estate sales executive to manage execution for sale of company-owned properties in Mumbai. The role involves property listings, broker coordination, buyer handling, site visits, marketing initiatives, and offer coordination, working closely with management for approvals and closures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Property Marketing & Listings

Create detailed property profiles including pricing, usage, and key highlights. List and manage properties on online real estate portals such as Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc. Explore cost-effective offline and alternative marketing options including newspapers, local advertising, broker WhatsApp groups, signage, and area-based promotions. Track and update listings to improve visibility and enquiry generation.

Broker Coordination

Build and maintain a structured database of Mumbai-based real estate brokers. Share property details with relevant brokers and follow up regularly. Coordinate with brokers to generate qualified buyer enquiries.

Lead & Buyer Handling

Handle inbound buyer enquiries from portals, brokers, and direct channels. Resolve basic buyer queries related to property details, pricing, and site visits. Maintain proper follow-ups with interested buyers.

Site Visits & Offer Coordination

Schedule and coordinate site visits for buyers and brokers. Capture buyer feedback post site visits. Prepare offer summaries and share with management for review and approval.

Closure Support & Reporting

Support documentation and coordination activities post-approval till token / agreement stage. Maintain basic reporting on leads, site visits, and negotiations for management review.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-Have

3-6 years experience in real estate sales or brokerage. Familiarity with Mumbai real estate market and broker ecosystem. Hands-on experience with online property portals. Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred

Exposure to commercial shops, land parcels, or garages. Comfortable with field-based, incentive-driven roles.
