Real Estate Sales Executive

to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for managing property transactions, from initial lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing. If you have a passion for real estate, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and Nurture Leads:

Actively prospect for new clients (buyers, sellers, or renters) and manage a pipeline of leads.

Client Consultation:

Meet with prospective clients to determine their needs, financial abilities, and preferred property specifications.

Property Showings:

Coordinate and conduct property viewings, open houses, and virtual tours.

Market Analysis:

Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values and advise clients on pricing strategies.

Negotiation and Closing:

Present purchase offers to sellers, negotiate terms, and guide clients through the entire closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.

Documentation:

Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, purchase agreements, and closing statements, ensuring compliance with all real estate laws.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and leverage networking for referrals.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and local community amenities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
