Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Attend walk-in clients and provide detailed presentations of real estate projects.
Conduct site visits and effectively convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain and update lead follow-up trackers and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.
Share accurate information related to pricing, inventory availability, offers, and payment plans.
Assist clients with booking formalities and basic documentation.
Coordinate with the CRM and internal teams for smooth post-sales processes.
Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, site events, and sales promotions.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive customer experience at every stage.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
2-5 years of experience in real estate sales is mandatory.
Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
