Real Estate Sales Executive
who can handle customer meetings, site visits, and close property deals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with clients and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet potential customers and understand their property requirements
Explain project details, pricing, and offers
Conduct site visits and property tours
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closures
Maintain customer and sales records
Achieve assigned sales targets
Candidate Requirements:
0 to 1 year experience in real estate or sales (freshers can apply)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to work on the field and visit sites
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
