We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to sell Residential properties. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, site visits, negotiations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, referrals and digital platforms.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable residential projects.
Conduct site visits and property presentations.
Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and close sales.
Maintain CRM records and follow up with prospects.
