We are looking for a proactive

Real Estate Sales Executive

with

a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry

. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and be comfortable interacting with clients in

English and Marathi

.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and connect with customers who have inquired about properties Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options Provide accurate and complete property information to customers Schedule, coordinate, and manage site visits Ensure customer attendance and assist during site visits Maintain regular follow-ups to build strong client relationships and close deals Keep customer data and follow-up records updated

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience in real estate sales or customer handling

Good communication skills in English and Marathi

Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships
